Rain clouds threatened but did not deter ANALOG Directors Rudolf Kamper and Joe Drew from improvising an evening-length soundscape on the twilit Mall at the center of downtown Omaha. Drawing on minimalism, funk, electronica, the works of William S. Burroughs and two unlimited imaginations, ANALOG kicked off ARTSaha 2005 with a sonic tapestry that foreshadowed the breadth of music that would be performed over the next ten days.
