Timothy Vallier, composer

 

Timothy Vallier is a composer and vocalist currently studying at the University of Nebraska at Omaha for a Master’s Degree in composition. His most recent accomplishments include his composition ‘Two Stylized Dances for Saxophone Quartet and Percussion’ placing Third in the young artist MTNA national composition contest and First in the Centennial Celebration of Research and Creative Activity. Among his current projects is a composition for an iPhone orchestra to be premiered in the fall of 2009. Vallier is currently a music theory teaching assistant at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a composer, arranger, and media specialist for Circo Enterprises. Vallier will recieve his Master’s degree in May of 2010. Vallier’s Hobbies include web design, and socializing.
